Dry needling is a modern, science based, effective treatment for musculoskeletal pain including but not limited to neck and back pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis and all forms of tendonitis. Dry needling involves inserting small acupuncture needles in trigger points (knots in muscles), tendons, ligaments or around nerves to stimulate the healing process, reduce pain and improve circulation.
